Amateur Boxing Program

SPARRING

Body sparring and full contact sparring is available under the supervision of UHK Trainers. MUST be licensed by USA Boxing to participate in sparring.

Fighters must be licensed under USA Boxing to participate in the amateur boxing program and to participate in tournaments.
